普象网运营经理 
Operation Manager of PUXIANG.COM 
组织对普象网站的整体规划，网站内容建设及完善，优化运营管理体系，带领团队承办/合作包括红点、iF设计奖在内的20余场国内外设计大赛。2022年普象网预计有原创设计作品3万余件，大赛作品也已有较好转化。如巴拉巴拉创意设计大赛IP组金奖LOGO已运用于品牌婴童线，产品组银奖学步鞋已落地，目前线下门店均有售。 
Be responsible for the overall planning, content construction and improvement of the website of www.puxiang.com. Optimize the operation management system and lead the team to undertake/cooperate with more than 20 domestic and foreign design competitions including Red Dot Award and iF Design Award.  In 2022, it’s expected to have more than 30,000 original design works on www.puxiang.com, and the works for competition have been well converted.
For example, the LOGO winning the Gold Award of the IP Group of Bala Bala Creative Design Competition has been applied to the baby product line of the brand, and the prewalker design winning the Silver Award of the Product Group has been used in products, which are now available in offline stores.
